A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager II to join their Las Vegas team. This person will manage projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and client coordination.

The project is a ground-up multifamily development in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, and overall execution
• Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review plans, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project costs and contract requirements
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met
• Manage project closeout and turnover

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience

• Ground-up multifamily, commercial, or residential experience preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgets, contracts, and project documentation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred
