Core Responsibilities:

- Attend Mentorship Sessions: Participate in weekly training and one-on-one coaching.
- Show Properties: Schedule and conduct showings for prospective buyers.
- Build Your Brand: Use our marketing tools to establish your presence in the local market.

- Pay: Commission pay ($45,000 - $150,000+ annually)
