Position Summary: The Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) serves as an advocate and mentor for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This role provides support, guidance, and resources to help individuals achieve personal goals and maintain sobriety. The PRSS facilitates skill-building activities, leads peer recovery groups, and assists individuals in managing life roles such as employee, parent, or student. Supportive services may also include transportation, medication reminders, or assistance with daily tasks.
