- Maintain all style and design information in Centric PLM.
- Collaborate with the sales, senior design, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and develop new product ideas.
- Create design presentations and product specs for new product lines using the PLM system.
- Research and stay up-to-date on trends in the industry.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products using the PLM system.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that products are manufactured to specification.
- Participate in fit sessions to ensure that products meet design and quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as fashion design, textiles, or product design.
- 4+ years of experience in design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with PLM systems is a must for this role.
- Experience in the mass market and licensed brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio of relevant design work is required.

We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate's qualifications and experience.
FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales). Compensation Range
