Position Summary
Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring a part-time Lead Generator in Rancho Cordova, CA to start conversations that turn into qualified HVAC appointments. This entry-level, onsite role supports our sales pipeline by collecting accurate customer information and creating interest in an in-home visit.
Key responsibilities:You arrive at your assigned location, set up your area, and review the day’s goals. As foot traffic builds, you stay visible and approachable, making steady, respectful conversation with shoppers and keeping your pace consistent. Between interactions, you quickly log notes in the app, confirm details for accuracy, and reset for the next introduction. You’ll manage your time without constant supervision, remain on your feet throughout the shift, and wrap up by ensuring all leads are submitted correctly before heading out.
